The guys at Thrive have created an app which promises to keep you ‘stress free’.  Think of it as a ‘fitbit’ for the mind.  Each day you track your mood, and the app recommends activities for you to do.  Set on a desert island with relaxing music and the sound of waves breaking the shore, the activities include; meditation, breathing exercises, self hypnosis, muscle relaxation techniques, a Zen Garden and an area to send and receive empowering and uplifting messages in a bottle.  The app is free to download but costs £8.99 per month to use.  Our Team Happy receive 20% off all app subscriptions using the code ‘DBDISCOUNT2017’ at the checkout.

Bird and Budgie bring peace and tranquility to the city of London with Yoga classes and beauty treatments.  If you’re not living in London, fear not as they also have a wonderful range of home fragrances and candles to  bring a bit of tranquility into your home.  Our Happy Tribe received a hand poured soy wax English Rose tea light with a mediation guide.

These Mapology Guides are a big favourite with us at Distraction Box HQ.  We all have things that get our goat – whether it’s big or small, the ‘What’s Bugging You?’ guide will help you figure out how to solve the issue.  The Map acts as a 7 step coaching guide and it really makes you get to the heart of the issue.  You can reuse the map for whatever life decides to throw at you.

The team at Discover Chocolate are famous for their Unusual flavours and it’s part of their overall ethos. As well as making this delicious Rose Petal and Lavender chocolate bar, Discover Chocolate is also sweetened with Stevia and is Palm Oil, GMO and Gluten Free whilst the cocoa comes from a strong ethical background in the Quality Partner Program. All of their chocolate is handmade on the edge of Exmoor in the UK.

Baking is a great way to create a happy distraction.  We challenged our Happy Tribe to create something special using these edible rose petals.  There is so much you can do with them and we can’t wait to see what’s been cooking (or brewing.  You can make Rose Petal Sangria you know!).
